My mother is a ginger fanatic. She loves it in pretty much any form she can find it: cookies, candy, bread, ginger ale, sauces… My dad, not so much, which limits my chances to make ginger-flavored food for them.
But this recipe would be top of the to-do list: ginger chicken. It’s a simple, quick-to-make variation on a pretty generic stir-fry sauce, but it works well with a range of different proteins. Enjoy!
