I just posted a recipe for granola. No added processed sugar; take your pick of honey, maple syrup or molasses. While you’re at it, customize all of the other ingredients to suit your liking.
Granola is also a great recipe if you’ve got a new oven and you’re trying to learn its hot and cold spots. A tray of browning granola will tell you exactly where they are.
I love a bowl of this granola first thing in the morning. It’s also a great afternoon snack, or as a topping for ice cream.
