Continuing with our theme this month of getting you ready for Thanksgiving: mashed potatoes.
One of the really nice things about mashed potatoes is that they can be made ahead of time and reheated — and no one will be the wiser. There is a lot going on in the kitchen during the final hour before dinner is served, and everything that you can make ahead of time is a huge help.
The other nice thing about them is they require very little work. Cut up some potatoes. Boil them. Smash them up and whisk in some milk and butter. Season to taste, and you’re done.
Recipe here.
Enjoy,
Kevin
