Stuffing (or “dressing,” as many call it) is my favorite dish at Thanksgiving.
I am well aware that there are thousands of stuffing recipes out there, and the best one is the one that was served by your mom/grandmother when you were a kid. I do not offer this up as the best recipe (though it is my favorite: of course, it’s approximately the one my mom served…) but it is a very good and very easy one, and one that you can make your own by customizing it to your liking.
Whether or not you decide to stuff your turkey, you can still serve stuffing (or “dressing” as its’ often called) on your Thanksgiving table. A basic bread-based stuffing is really easy to make — and delicious — regardless of whether sees the cavity of a poultry hen.
Recipe here.
Enjoy,
Kevin
